After reading Gary Taubes enlightning GOOD CALORIES, BAD CALORIES I was determine to change! Armed with my own two hands, the internet (thank God for AMAZON.com), and all those wonderful blogs and podcasts available now, I am beginning my journey.

How to boil the perfect EGG

I have been hard boiling eggs for a long time. It seemed like they just never turned out consistantly perfect. A few years back I finally figured out the secret to:
HOW TO BOIL THE PERFECT EGG EVERY TIME! 
Its Simple.

STEP ONE:
Place all of your eggs gently into the bottom of your pan. Cover with 1- 1.5 inches cold water.
 STEP TWO:
 Bring to a rolling boil and immediately turn off the heat and COVER with lid. Let sit for 10 min. TIME THIS, too little yolks not ready, too much those yucky greenish ones
 (You need to be close by so you know when it happens.)
 Step Three:
Place eggs in a ice water bath to cool of well.
 After they feel cool to touch return to frigde, or peel and proceed with any recipe you so choose!!!!!

THATS IT! CONGRATS YOU WILL NOW HAVE THE PERFECT EGG EVERY TIME!
I am having mine right now with a sprinkle of salt!
